Our board

Jessica joined the Chamber in 2021 and was appointed Board President in 2024. She holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Montana and an MA in Urban & Regional Planning from Murdoch University.

Andrew is a lifelong member of the Frankfort community. He attended Western Michigan University prior to attending Westfield Insurance Company’s agency principal program, earning his license in 1993. Andrew has served on the Chamber board since 1997 in all leadership capacities and also volunteers his time with the Frankfort-Elberta Athletic Association and other civic endeavors.

Mary joined Honor Bank in June 2018 and is currently the VP Benzonia Branch Manager. She enjoys serving on community boards and helping out in her community.

Keirsun joined Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville in January 2021 as Digital Marketing Manager. He has enjoyed working as a marketing professional in northwest lower Michigan for over 25 years.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, managing businesses all over the United States. Tony has thrived in many roles from Executive Chef to Managing Partner and now as a small business owner/operator in Elberta. Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.

Sue Webber, Owner of the Webber Insurance Agency, has successfully operated her business in Benzie County since 1986. Webber Insurance is a locally owned business that places great value on the long-term relationships it has with its clients.

Ben managed the Corner Drug Store from 1998 until it closed in 2024. Ben and his wife Amy founded the online Corner Toy Store in 2005 and now run the physical Corner Store in the building where Corner Drug was previously.

Brenna Nugent joined the Chamber as Executive Director in January 2025, bringing over a decade of experience driving successful marketing strategies, managing impactful events, and enhancing digital communications. Brenna holds a BBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University and an Accelerated Management Development Certificate from the University of Michigan.
